Jobomschrijving

Voor een toonaangevende fabrikant van hoogwaardige sportartikelen en functionele sportkleding, zijn wij op zoek naar een customer service medewerker. Wij zoeken niet alleen een nieuwe collega voor onze klant, wij zoeken een persoonlijkheid die iets in beweging wilt zetten en actie onderneemt, om de klant verder te laten groeien en om samen te winnen!

Als deel van het team customer service binnen grafisch ontwerp ben je het eerste aanspreekpartner voor Nederlandse klanten, doe je de opname en afhandeling van bestellingen, leveringen en retouren.

Een bachelor- of masterdiploma vragen we niet, maar we vragen wel iemand die staat te popelen om te beginnen en waarvan de motivatie in lucht schiet! Aangezien je terechtkomt in een klein team kijken we echt wel uit naar een teamplayer, iemand die graag klantencontact heeft (meerbepaald met sportwinkels) en een eerste ervaring is helemaal geen must!

Onze klant zit helemaal klaar om jou te leren kennen en zien jou het liefst ook zo snel mogelijk opstarten! Jouw talenkennis van het Nederlands is perfect, heb je een kennis van Duits? Dan is dit mooi meegenomen, maar het is absoluut geen vereiste.
