Als customer excellence coördinator werk je vanuit onze locatie in Stadskanaal en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten wereldwijd. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en proactieve instelling zorg je ervoor dat orders soepel en correct worden verwerkt. Dit is jouw kans om ervaring op te doen in een dynamische, internationale werkomgeving. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Verwerken en beheren van internationale klantorders in ons ERP-systeem (bij voorkeur SAP). - Opstellen en controleren van exportdocumentatie en zorgen voor een correcte afhandeling. - Onderhouden van nauw contact met klanten en interne afdelingen om levertijden en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen. - Signaleren en oplossen van eventuele knelpunten in het orderproces. - Bijdragen aan een efficiënte samenwerking tussen sales, logistiek en andere betrokken teams.
