Je helpt het bedrijf internationaal uit te breiden en het unieke ijsconcept groot te maken in Scandinavië en de UK! Vanuit ons kantoor ben jij de onmisbare schakel voor de Engelse en Scandinavische klanten. En... soms mag je zelfs mee op reis naar het buitenland om te helpen met de beste vertalingen! Wie ben jij Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en hebt een bachelor diploma op zak. Beheers je daarnaast ook nog een Scandinavische taal? Dat is zeker een pluspunt! Je hebt ervaring met het leven in Scandinavië, waardoor je de cultuur goed begrijpt. Werken met verschillende computerprogramma's is voor jou geen enkel probleem. Als Engelstalige Customer Service medewerker ben je communicatief sterk en werk je erg nauwkeurig. En... je vind het leuk om af en toe te reizen voor werk!

- Je hebt een bachelor diploma - Je beheerst de Engelse taal vloeiend (in woord en geschrift) - Je beheerst een van de Scandinavische talen (pré) - Je bent bekend met de Scandinavische cultuur - Je hebt Customer Service ervaring

Wat ga je doen Jij bent de motor van onze internationale groei in de UK en Scandinavië. Je zorgt dat (nieuwe) klanten in Scandinavië en Engeland zich direct thuis voelen. Je bent een echte duizendpoot die niet alleen vanuit kantoor knalt, maar soms ook de grens overgaat.
