Je mag rekenen op de nodige ondersteuning bij de opstart en de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. In het bedrijf heerst er een familiale en warme sfeer, waar open communicatie gewaardeerd wordt.

Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel administratief bediende. Jouw doel is om het team te versterken en het bedrijf hogerop te tillen door jouw inzet, motivatie en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.

Je staat in voor:

•Telefonisch contact met leveranciers en klanten

•Verwerking van offertes, orders en facturatie

•Algemene administratie

•Onderhouden klantrelaties

•Klachtenbehandeling

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Als Commercieel administratief bediende zoeken we volgend profiel:

  • Je spreekt vlot Frans en Nederlands
  • Je bent matuur, stressbestendig en staat stevig in je schoenen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht, zelfs in drukke situaties.
  • Ervaring in customer service, planning of een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt.
