Functieomschrijving

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze dealers en klanten. Je behandelt garantieaanvragen en biedt ondersteuning bij aftersales, waarbij je zorgt voor een correcte en klantgerichte oplossing.

Dankzij jouw passie voor sportieve ( E-)fietsen en jouw technisch inzicht begrijp je snel de aard van problemen en garantieaanvragen. Met jouw oog voor detail en gestructureerde aanpak zorg je voor een efficiënte, nauwkleurige en professionele afhandeling van elk dossier. Tegelijk zorg je voor een vlotte communicatie en bouw je mee aan sterke, duurzame relaties met klanten en partners, zodat onze service continue op hoog niveau blijft.

Je werkt voltijds vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Beringen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beoordelen, registreren en verwerken van garantieaanvragen van dealers.
  • Ondersteunen van onze sales vertegenwoordigers bij het indienen en opvolgen van garantieaanvragen.
  • Beantwoorden van inkomende e-mails, chats en telefoons van dealers en onze sales vertegenwoordigers, met focus op een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde administratieve opvolging van garantie- en serviceaanvragen.
  • In een beurtrol met collega’s instaan voor de baliewerking en het professioneel onthaal van klanten en dealers.
  • Affiniteit met en passie voor sportieve (E-)fietsen, gecombineerd met aantoonbaar technisch inzicht om fiets gerelateerde vragen goed te begrijpen en gericht op te volgen.
  • Een vriendelijke en professionele uitstraling met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van een extra Europese taal is een pluspunt.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen klantenservice, aftersales of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Goede computervaardigheden (Microsoft Office).
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en een sterk oog voor detail.
  • Een echte teamplayer die collega’s graag ondersteunt waar nodig met een positieve ingesteldheid.
