Wat ga je doen?

In deze veelzijdige functie als customer service medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een klantenkring en ondersteun je de accountmanagers met het uitbouwen van de verkoop van de producten. Ook ben je het contactpersoon voor de klant m.b.t. vragen over product levering met als doel een bijdrage te leveren aan het verbeteren van de omzet en de tevredenheid van de klant.

Wat vragen wij? HBO werk- en denkniveau met een commerciële achtergrond. Ook heb je tenminste 3 jaar ervaring in een (commerciële of administratieve) binnendienst bij een handels- of productiebedrijf Het volledige bedrijfsproces kunnen doorzien, dat (in)direct verband houdt met de levering van producten aan de klant. Beheersing van computerprogramma's als Excel, Word, Outlook, Exact. Bij voorkeur ervaring op het gebied van exportdocumenten en bijbehorende wet- en regelgeving betreffende export Wat bieden wij?
