Ben jij iemand die grote klanten goed aanvoelt en graag helpt. Dan past deze functie bij jou.

In deze rol ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een groep grote klanten in de logistiek. Jij zorgt dat hun zendingen goed worden geregeld, zowel import als export. Je hebt dagelijks contact, verwerkt orders in het systeem en geeft waar nodig tarieven door. Je denkt mee, regelt veel en lost problemen op.

Als er iets misgaat met een zending, pak jij dat meteen op. Je schakelt met collega’s, partners en agenten en zorgt dat de klant altijd weet wat er gebeurt. Je wacht niet af maar neemt zelf actie.

Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:

- Contact met key accounts en inspelen op hun vragen en wensen; - Documenten opmaken zoals CMR, POD, vrachtbrieven en aanvragen van douanedocumenten; - Import en export coördineren en zorgen dat de afhandeling compleet is; - Orders verwerken en ad hoc tarieven afgeven; - Onregelmatigheden oplossen in overleg met collega’s en partners; - Alle informatie registreren rondom orders en zendingen.

Je werkt in dagdienst van 08:30 tot 17:00 van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

- Je hebt ervaring in de transport- of logistieke sector en weet hoe de operatie werkt; - Je hebt eerder gewerkt met grote klanten en weet hoe je die relaties onderhoudt; - Je communiceert sterk in Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk; - Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en houdt het overzicht ook als het druk is; - Je bent oplossingsgericht en houdt van afwisseling en uitdaging in je werk.
