Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker die klanten, verdelers en interne diensten ondersteunt en zorgt voor een vlotte order- en klachtenverwerking.

Dagelijks werkt een uitgebreid netwerk van distributeurs en gespecialiseerde verkooppunten samen met de organisatie om eindgebruikers optimaal te ondersteunen. Innovatie, betrouwbaarheid en service staan centraal binnen hun werking. Je komt terecht in een stabiele omgeving waar medewerkers de kans krijgen om zich verder te ontwikkelen en mee te bouwen aan de groei van de organisatie.

Omschrijving

Jouw taken:

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoons en e-mails van klanten en partners
  • Adviseren rond producten, beschikbaarheden, promoties en leveringen
  • Correct verwerken van bestellingen en administratieve dossiers in het systeem
  • Opvolgen van backorders, prijsafspraken en klantengegevens
  • Registreren en behandelen van klachten, of deze intern dispatchen naar de juiste afdelingen
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen klanten, externe partners en interne teams
  • Zorgen voor een professionele en klantgerichte dienstverlening
  • Meedenken over oplossingen en het bieden van een efficiënte service aan klanten

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen customer service, administratie of een commerciële binnendienst.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en werkt graag met verschillende contactpersonen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Affiniteit met technische producten of een technische omgeving is een pluspunt
  • Je bent administratief sterk en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan
