The posting

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het accountteam en zorg je voor een soepele afhandeling van opdrachten tussen interne afdelingen. Je draagt bij aan een correcte uitvoering van processen, een goede klantbeleving en een nauwkeurige administratie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Centrale contactpersoon voor het accountteam en verbindingsfiguur tussen interne afdelingen.
  • Coördineren van opdrachten en waken over een correcte uitvoering volgens de afgesproken Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Ontvangen van orders via mail en/of telefoon en deze correct registreren in Salesforce met de juiste tarieven en SLA's.
  • Controleren van facturatie en doorsturen van rapporteringen na nazicht.
  • Zelfstandig behandelen en opvolgen van klachten in Salesforce.
  • Administratieve opvolging van contracten en correcte implementatie in de interne systemen.
  • Registreren en controleren van alle afspraken in het CRM-systeem zodat alle gegevens up-to-date en correct zijn.
  • Snel wegwijs worden in de gebruikte systemen en zorgen voor een nauwkeurige weergave van klantdata op het klantenportaal.

Onze klant is op zoek naar een proactieve en servicegerichte collega die zowel commercieel als administratief sterk is en ervaring heeft met geautomatiseerde systemen. Je combineert een analytische ingesteldheid met een praktische aanpak en bent in staat processen efficiënt te beheren.

Jouw profiel:

  • Minimaal een bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Vlotte mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van Engels en/of Frans (niveau B).
  • Interesse in afvalstromen het bijbehorende dienstenpakket.
  • Ervaring met geautomatiseerde systemen en goede beheersing van het Office-pakket.
  • Ervaring met en kennis van administratieve procedures.
