Voor onze klant SAPA Promens in Zevenaar zijn wij met spoed opzoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker (Logistiek) die de vaste aanspreekpunt wordt voor de klant Daimler, wereldwijd. SAPA Promens Zevenaar , is onderdeel van een internationale organisatie en heeft ruim 350 medewerkers in Zevenaar. Zij zijn een wereldwijd gerenommeerde kunststof spuit/giet bedrijf voor de automotive branche. Zo maken zij van kunststofkorreltjes dashboards en buitenbekleding voor vrachtwagens van onder andere Daimler, Volvo, Scania en MAN. Dit verwachten wij van je: - Op professionele wijze sta je klanten telefonisch te woord en zorg je voor een juiste afhandeling; - Proactief meedenken met de klant, zorgen voor een adequate en klantgerichte afhandeling van klachten en zo snel en goed mogelijk oplossen van eventuele problemen; - Het ondersteunen van de logistieke Customer Services afdeling; - Zorg voor de backofficeverwerking (beheer en verwerking van inkomende e-mails en telefoons; - Zorgen voor de naleving van de procedures en het vastleggen van alle gegevens in de daarvoor bestemde systemen; - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en sturen op continu verbetering van service; - Overzicht houden op het productieproces. Wie zoeken wij: - je hebt minimaal een opleiding op MBO+ niveau; - iemand met een proactieve werkhouding die beslissingen durft te nemen; - je kan goed prioriteiten te stellen en bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken en processen; - een vriendelijke en klantgerichte houding zijn je kernwaarden in zo'n rol; - een sterke collega die prettig kan communiceren en overtuigen; - goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal is een 'must'.
