Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, distributeurs en jouw collega's binnen de organisatie. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten uit Nederland én andere landen en zorgt ervoor dat vragen, bestellingen en serviceverzoeken snel en correct worden opgepakt.

Een klant met een vraag over een bestelling? Een internationale distributeur die meer wil weten over de levertijd? Jij zoekt het uit, schakelt met de juiste collega's en zorgt voor een duidelijk antwoord. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte houding voelen klanten zich bij jou goed geholpen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail;

- Verwerken en controleren van binnenkomende bestellingen;

- Informeren van klanten over bestellingen, producten en levertijden;

- Onderhouden van contact met internationale klanten en distributeurs;

- Afhandelen en opvolgen van vragen en serviceverzoeken;

- Administratief verwerken van klant- en ordergegevens;

- Schakelen met collega's van onder andere sales en logistiek;

- Meedenken over een goede en snelle oplossing voor de klant.

Je komt terecht in een internationale werkomgeving waarin geen dag precies hetzelfde is. Je krijgt veel contact met verschillende mensen en bent samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor een goede service.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die graag met mensen communiceert, overzicht kan bewaren en klantvragen op een professionele manier afhandelt.

Daarnaast:

- Beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed in woord en geschrift;

- Is beheersing van de Franse taal een sterke pré;

- Heb je bij voorkeur ervaring binnen customer service, klantenservice of een administratieve functie;

- Ben je klantvriendelijk, behulpzaam en communicatief sterk;

- Kun je goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en klantvragen;

- Werk je nauwkeurig en houd je overzicht;

- Kun je goed overweg met computers en administratieve systemen;
