Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Jij coördineert de inbound- en outboundprocessen (wereldwijd)
  • je beheert jouw klantendossiers, orders én retours
  • Jij weet perfect wat jouw klanten verwachten en stemt dat af met interne collega's
  • Jij verwerkt en analyseert alle data, KPI's en rapporteringen
  • Je organiseert zonder moeite de transportvoorbereiding en administratieve opvolging
  • Bij eventuele klachten houdt jij het hoofd koel en zoek jij naar oplossingen
  • Je vindt het fijn om jouw steentje bij te dragen aan procesoptimalisaties en Lean Six Sigma-initiatieven

Kortom : jij bent de spil tussen de klant en de interne collega's (ICT, Magazijn en Transport) en deze rol gaat jou prima af!

Wie is onze ideale customer service kandidaat?

  • Je bent vlot in Nederlands en Engels. Als je daarnaast ook een mondje Frans praat is dat mooi meegenomen (hoeft niet foutloos)
  • Jij hebt een bachelor diploma en kan terugkijken op (een eerste werkervaring) in een gelijkaardige rol (evt ook stage)
  • Je bent handson en houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Jouw vrienden omschrijven jou als een sterke communicator
  • de combinatie van admin en analyse, klantencontact én interne afstemming met stakeholders, is voor jou de ideale!
