Als klantenservice Medewerker ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je combineert klantenservice met administratieve en commerciële taken en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct en vlot worden opgevolgd.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Je verwerkt bestellingen die telefonisch of per e-mail binnenkomen.
  • Je staat klanten telefonisch en per e-mail professioneel en klantgericht te woord.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen en helpt klanten bij problemen of klachten. Je doet dit steeds op een geduldige en respectvolle manier, met aandacht voor hun taal en culturele achtergrond.
  • Je verwerkt administratieve en telefonische klachten in Dynamics 365.
  • Je verkoopt actief onze producten en promoties via de telefoon.
  • Je volgt bestellingen nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking met de logistieke afdeling.
  • Je communiceert resultaten en volgt mee de vooropgestelde doelstellingen en deadlines op.
  • Je denkt mee over hoe we onze klanten nog beter kunnen helpen en krijgt de ruimte om je eigen stempel te drukken op de functie en de organisatie.
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Frans. Zowel mondeling alsook schriftelijk omdat je contact hebt met Waalse klanten. Je kan je behelpen in het Engels.
  • Goede kennis van Windows MS Office en outlook
  • Je hebt al een eerste werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie achter de rug.
