Voor een firma te Kiewit, Hasselt, zoeken we een meertalig Customer Service Officer.

Onze klant is een multicultureel en meertalig supportplatform. Hun team zorgt er elke dag voor dat defecte voertuigen van de klanten zo snel mogelijk weer de weg op kunnen.

Je werkt in een klein team waarin je wordt ondersteund door een teamleider en behulpzame collega's. Je ontmoet veel nieuwe mensen met unieke verhalen en achtergronden. En last but not least: je groeit en leert elke dag nieuwe dingen.

Als customer service medewerker werk je in daguren die variëren tussen 07u00 - 22u00 van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

Zorg jij dat jouw klanten "always in motion" blijven?!

Je wordt ingezet op het depannageplatform en oefent onderstaande taken uit:

- Telefonische contacten

- Je hebt van A tot Z de verantwoordelijkheid over het vlotte verloop van de geregistreerde incidenten

- Je stuurt de juiste partner aan (lokale hersteller)

- Behandelen van alle contracten / dossiers

  • Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands/Pools/Engels
  • Bent klantvriendelijk en communicatief
  • Beschikt over goede PC-skills
  • Je bent beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag en je staat open voor flexibele werkuren tussen 07u00 - 22u00.
