Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Hulst (Nederland) en telt meer dan 70 medewerkers. Om onze Europese expansie verder te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een versterking van onze klantendienst als Customer Service Medewerker NL/DU/FR Wij gaan elke dag voor 100% tevreden klanten. Jij kunt hier aan meehelpen door jouw enthousiasme en klant- en servicegerichte houding. Hou jij van klanten verder helpen en wil je meebouwen aan ons team? Dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken. Wat doet een Customer Service Medewerker bij Energetica Natura? Klanttevredenheid is bij ons prioriteit. Je draagt dit daarom ook hoog in het vaandel. Voornamelijk via telefoon, e-mail en in de toekomst via chat kom je in contact met onze klanten. Dit zijn zowel gezondheidsprofessionals, consumenten als groothandels. Om onze klanten zo goed mogelijk verder te helpen schakel je met verschillende interne departementen om een perfecte service te leveren. - Je vormt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze Nederlands-, Duits- en Franstalige klanten ; - Je creëert en beheert klantendata in het ERP systeem; - Je verwerkt nauwgezet de bestellingen binnen de afgesproken termijn; - Je beantwoordt vragen rond levertermijnen, bestellingen, openstaande orders en voorraden; - Je verzorgt eveneens de dienst na verkoop en volgt klachten en retours nauwlettend op en onderneemt indien nodig gepaste acties. Je denkt mee naar oplossingen voor onze klant. - Je volgt de klantenreviews op via Trustpilot. Je analyseert de vraag, zoekt gericht naar een oplossing en communiceert op een duidelijke en correcte manier; - Je bent ambassadeur van onze merken en producten; - Je bent een expert in onze website en de online adviestool voor gezondheidsprofession...
