The posting

Bij Malta Belgium ontwikkelen we Software voor de zorgsector (en meer specifiek voor ouderenzorg). Voor onze helpdesk, zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe medewerker. Van zorg, medicatie en facturatie tot het correct instellen van onze app, alle vragen komen op onze servicedesk terecht. We zoeken dus een heel all round profiel dat niet bang is om bij te leren en klaar is voor een uitdaging!

Als Customer Service medewerker kom je terecht in een klein maar hecht team waarbij klantenservice centraal staat. Je verwerkt de binnenkomende telefoontjes en mailtjes en zoekt steeds naar de beste oplossing. Je verleent ten allen tijde een vriendelijke en correcte service.

Door je inhoudelijke kennis van de software help je de klant verder door het geven van functionele ondersteuning op specifieke software gerelateerde vragen. Indien nodig, weet je op een correcte manier problemen of incidenten te escaleren naar je verantwoordelijke die samen met het team van ontwikkelaars het probleem verder analyseren. Je bezorgt hiervoor de nodige input en specificaties van het probleem. Na analyse en ontwikkelende oplossing, communiceer je hierover terug aan desbetreffende klant(en).

Uiteraard zorgen wij ervoor dat je een grondige opleiding krijgt van al onze softwareoplossingen.

Profiel

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en vindt altijd de juiste woorden op het juiste moment.
  • Elk probleem waar onze klant mee zit, is voor jou een uitdaging!
  • Je leert snel nieuwe softwarepakketten aan en kan je verplaatsen in de gedachtegang van onze klanten.
  • Je bent creatief in het analyseren en oplossen van problemen.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en in het Nederlands

Jobgerelateerde competenties

Je Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.

  • Communicatief, flexibel en vlot aanspreekbaar
  • Hands on mentaliteit
  • Goede kennis van MS Office365 is noodzakelijk
  • Kennis ticketingsystemen (JIRA, autotask) is mooi meegenomen
  • Ervaring in servicedesk 1st &/of 2d line is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
