Voor de Customer service afdeling van het bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar extra ondersteuning. Je zal voornamelijk bestellingen verwerken maar ook andere taken vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit als Customer service medewerker?

Voor deze vacature van Customer service medewerker te Herentals heb je reeds enkele jaren ervaring als customer service medewerker.

Verder voldoe je aan volgende verwachtingen:

  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je handelt en denkt klantgericht
  • Je bent stressbestendig
  • Je kan vlot werken met verschillende IT systemen zoals MS Office en Outlook
