Functieomschrijving: Als customer service medewerker in Oss ben jij de spil in onze dagelijkse dienstverlening. Jouw werkdag bestaat uit het beantwoorden van vragen die binnenkomen via telefoon of mail. Je denkt actief mee met de afnemer om tot een passende oplossing te komen. Wanneer er een order of retour verwerkt moet worden, pak jij dit proces secuur op. Ook bij klachten behoud je de rust en zoek je naar een uitkomst waar iedereen tevreden mee is.

Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen planning en productie. Door goed te overleggen met je collega's zorg je dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Daarnaast kijk je kritisch naar de dagelijkse processen.
