Als Customer Service Medewerker & SAP Key User ben je de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, supply chain, IT, sales en logistiek. Je vervult een klantgerichte rol en draagt tegelijkertijd de verantwoordelijkheid voor het ondersteunen en verder optimaliseren van de SAP-processen binnen de Customer Service afdeling.

Customer Service & Commerciële ondersteuning

  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en behandelt vragen, bestellingen en klachten op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je verwerkt klantorders correct en tijdig in SAP.
  • Je coördineert de uitleveringen naar klanten en externe magazijnen.
  • Je verwerkt EDI-orders en ziet toe op een correcte gegevensuitwisseling met logistieke partners en klanten.
  • Je stelt transport- en exportdocumenten op en zorgt ervoor dat alle vereiste documenten tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je beheert klantgegevens en masterdata in SAP en houdt deze up-to-date.
  • Je volgt klachten op, overlegt met de betrokken interne afdelingen en communiceert de oplossing duidelijk naar de klant.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van creditnota's die voortvloeien uit de behandeling van klachten.
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met productie, planning, sales en logistiek om een optimale service aan de klant te garanderen.
  • Je onderhoudt de operationele samenwerking met externe magazijnen.

SAP Key User & Procesoptimalisatie

  • Je bent het primair aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij vragen over SAP binnen Customer Service.
  • Je coördineert en verbetert de EDI-processen tussen onze klant en externe partners.
  • Je helpt collega's bij het optimaal gebruik van SAP en staat in voor de opleiding van nieuwe gebruikers.
  • Je analyseert herhaaldelijke problemen en werkt duurzame oplossingen uit.
  • Je voert testen uit op nieuwe SAP-functionaliteiten, proceswijzigingen en optimalisaties voorafgaand aan de implementatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met IT en externe partners bij projecten, wijzigingen en incidenten.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de masterdata binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsdomein.
  • Je documenteert processen en stelt werkinstructies op en ziet toe dat deze actueel blijven.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan digitaliserings- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen de Customer Service afdeling.
  • Je neemt de rol op van SAP Key User voor alle Customer Service-processen binnen SAP.
  • Je bezit bachelor- of masterdenkniveau, opgebouwd via opleiding en/of relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en communicatief sterk.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een pré.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert eveneens sterk binnen een team.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en SAP SD, IM en EDI.
  • Je denkt procesmatig en gaat actief op zoek naar optimalisaties.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en hebt een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor je job.
  • Ook tijdens drukke periodes behoud je het overzicht en werk je gestructureerd.
