  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen de fashion- en lifestylesector en biedt hen een uitstekende service.
  • Je behandelt vragen, klachten en dossiers op een professionele en efficiënte manier.
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen klanten en interne afdelingen en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie.
  • Je volgt forecasts, volumes en prestaties nauwgezet op en houdt het overzicht.
  • Je stelt rapportages op, analyseert gegevens en vertaalt inzichten naar acties.
  • Je verwerkt klantgegevens correct en zorgvuldig in de systemen.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over optimalisaties en draagt bij aan een continue verbetering van de dienstverlening.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je behaalde een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen customer service is een plus.
  • Kennis van Salesforce is een mooie troef.
  • Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen zeker in aanmerking.

Daarnaast werk je gestructureerd en behoud je het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk wordt. Je bent communicatief sterk, denkt oplossingsgericht en haalt voldoening uit het verder helpen van klanten. Met jouw proactieve houding zie je werk liggen en neem je initiatief waar nodig.
