  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een eerste ervaring binnen customer service, customer care of een administratief-commerciële functie.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, professioneel en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
