Krijg jij energie van klantcontact én zorg je graag dat internationale orders soepel verlopen? Als Customer Service Medewerker verbind je klanten met logistiek, planning en commercie. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid voor orderverwerking, leveringen en exportadministratie. Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je voor onze opdrachtgever een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, de commerciële organisatie en de logistieke keten. Je verwerkt, controleert en bewaakt verkooporders vanaf de invoer tot aan bevestiging en facturatie. Daarbij heb je contact met Nederlandse en internationale klanten, industriële bakkerijen en andere vestigingen binnen de organisatie. Je beantwoordt vragen over orders, levertijden en wijzigingen en zorgt dat afspraken duidelijk worden opgevolgd. Hiervoor schakel je regelmatig met Sales, Supply Planning en Warehousing & Transportation. Internationale orderverwerking en exportadministratie vormen ook een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Je bereidt exportdocumenten voor, controleert deze en ondersteunt bij douanezaken en aangiftes. Daarnaast beheer je klant-, order- en assortimentgegevens in het ERP-systeem en signaleer je afwijkingen voordat deze problemen veroorzaken. Je bewaakt of orders volgens afspraak worden verwerkt en uitgeleverd. Met jouw nauwkeurige manier van werken draag je bij aan betrouwbare leveringen en tevreden klanten. Tegelijk krijg je ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen customer service, logistiek en internationale handel. Jouw werkzaamheden - Verwerken, controleren en monitoren van verkooporders van invoer tot facturatie; - Onderhouden van contact met nationale en internationale klanten over orders, levertijden en wijzigingen; - Afstemmen met Sales, Supply Planning en Warehousing & Transportation over beschikbaarheid, planning en levering; - Bewaken van een correcte en tijdige verwerking en uitlevering van orders; - Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen in orders, leveringen en administratieve g.
