The posting

Voor een toonaangevende speler in de transport- en logistieke sector zijn wij op zoek naar twee administratieve bedienden Customer Support. In deze rol combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met klantencontact en werk je nauw samen met dispatching en operations. Als administratief bediende Customer Support ben je een belangrijke schakel in het bewaken van de kwaliteit en performantie van transportprocessen:

  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van afhalingen en verzendingen aan de hand van lijsten.
  • Nakijken en corrigeren van zendingsgegevens in het systeem (incodering, ritafsluiting, etikettering, ...).
  • Inzichtelijk maken van performantie en inzoomen op afwijkingen op vraag van Transport & Operations Manager en DM.
  • Rapporteren van bevindingen aan dispatching en Transport & Operations Manager.
  • Verbeteren van vastgestelde fouten en aanpassen van werkwijzen volgens gemaakte afspraken.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van de centrale Customer Service en uitvoeren van de nodige opzoekingen.
  • Rechtstreeks klantencontact en samenwerking met dispatching.
  • Opzoekingen en administratieve verwerking van claims.
  • Verwerken van traces en requests.
  • Behandelen van geweigerde Transport Units (TU's), adresopheldering en beschadigde zendingen.
  • Observatie van milestone-beelden.
  • Telefonische en mailgerelateerde performance opvolgen.
  • Data entry, transmissie en manuele registratie van pakketgegevens.
  • Ondersteuning aan het loket indien nodig. Werkuren: Week 1: 6uOO - 13u36 Week 2: 10u00 - 18u06
  • Je beschikt over minstens 1 jaar administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur in customer service.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gedisciplineerd.
  • Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en een goed oordeelsvermogen.
  • Je werkt graag samen in team en bewaakt de voortgang van je taken.
