Voor een internationaal opererende logistieke organisatie in Rotterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker Zeevracht . In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van logistieke processen, het onderhouden van klantrelaties en het bieden van een uitstekende service. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, interne afdelingen en internationale partners en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Functie-informatie: Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor onder andere: - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en internationale relaties. - Begeleiden en coördineren van logistieke opdrachten gedurende het gehele proces. - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en ondersteunen bij commerciële activiteiten. - Signaleren van kansen om de dienstverlening verder uit te breiden en klantrelaties te versterken. - Afstemmen met interne afdelingen en externe logistieke partners om een optimale dienstverlening te waarborgen. - Bewaken van de voortgang van zendingen en tijdig anticiperen op eventuele afwijkingen. - Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van dossiers en transportgegevens. - Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen en de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.
