Zur Verstärkung unseres empathischen Teams in der Abteilung Customer Service suchen wir ab sofort eine_n kommunikative_n 1 Customer Service Mitarbeiter_in (Teilzeit / 20 Wochenstunden) während der Öffnungszeiten Montag bis Freitag von 10 bis 20 Uhr und Samstag von 10 bis 18 Uhr

Sei die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund_innen - der erste und der letzte Eindruck zählt bekanntlich.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

* Du bist zentrale_r Ansprechpartner_in für Kund_innen und Kolleg_innen bei Anliegen und Fragen

* Die Bearbeitung und Lösung von Kund_innen-Anfragen (STEFFL Kund_innen Club, Retouren, Gutschriften, Reklamationen, etc.) gehören zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben

* Du unterstützt bei der Koordination der administrativen Abläufe, inklusive Bestell- und Datenmanagement

* Die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und die Unterstützung bei Projekten sowie Events runden deinen Tätigkeitsbereich ab

Deine Kompetenzen

* Du hast deine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen

* Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Vertrieb wünschen wir uns von dir

* Du zeichnest dich durch ein souveränes und professionelles Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus

* Kompetente Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus - jede weitere Sprache ist ein Benefit

Gehalt & Benefits

Für diese Position wird ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt in Vollzeit in Höhe von EUR 2.251,-- pro Monat (für Vollzeit) angeboten. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
