Aufgaben

* Schriftliche und telefonische Betreuung eingehender Kundenanfragen inklusive Track and Tracing von Sendungen

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Troubleshooting

* Customer Care Management national und international

* Durchführung von Lagerkontrollrundgängen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder speditionelle Berufsausbildung

* Einschlägige Erfahrung im Servicebereich eines Logistikunternehmens

* Englisch in Wort und Schrift (Niveau B2), weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Hohe Serviceorientierung und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Interesse an IT-geführter Logistik
