The posting

Voor een internationale speler in de bouwsector zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Klantenservice Medewerker Sales die het sales team tijdelijk komt versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als klanten service medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt en de interne ambassadeur voor onze klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en opvolgen van offertes, in overleg met de klant. Je verzamelt technische en commerciële gegevens, legt de voorgestelde oplossing uit en zorgt ervoor dat offertes bij de juiste technische afdeling terechtkomen.

Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte invoer van klantorders in het systeem en werk je nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een vlotte orderafhandeling te garanderen. Samen met het salesteam onderhoud je het contact met klanten.

Je zorgt ook dat geleverde goederen tijdig en correct worden gefactureerd door het verwerken van afleveringsnota’s en facturen. Verder ondersteun je bij het opstellen van rapporten en offertes voor klanten en inkooporganisaties.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of je hebt een eerste ervaring achter de rug
  • Ervaring in de bouwsector, ervaring in klantenservice of aftersales is een plus
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die ook moeilijke situaties kan managen en tot een goed einde brengt
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals Navision, AX, Dynamics D365, SAP)
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en basiskennis van CRM-software
  • Je spreekt vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans, goede basiskennis Engels
