Van Moer Logistics is een groeiende logistieke dienstverlener, actief in transport en distributie, opslag, binnenvaartactiviteiten en tankcontainerlogistiek. Ons doel is om de logistieke processen van onze klanten naadloos te ondersteunen en te optimaliseren.

Om deze groei te ondersteunen zoeken we een Customer Service Officer voor ons magazijn in Kallo.

Je rol

Als Customer Service Officer fungeer je als rechtstreekse schakel tussen de klanten en de operaties van ons magazijn.

  • Je staat in rechtstreeks contact met beide partijen en je doet er alles aan om ze op de best mogelijke manier te helpen.
  • De klanten bezorgen jou hun orders die jij van A tot Z zal beheren. Je zoekt eventuele klachten uit en onderneemt de nodige acties.
  • Om de vlotte gang van zaken te verzekeren ben je ook dagelijks op de werkvloer waar je de nodige informatie verzamelt en het proces, waar nodig, bij stuurt.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ingeven van de orders en verdere administratie in onze computerprogramma's en ons WMS-systeem.
  • Je kan werken in daguren.

Welk profiel zoeken we

  • Je hebt reeds administratieve ervaring. Ervaring in de logistiek is geen must, maar wel een voordeel.
  • Je bent accuraat en houdt ervan op administratief vlak alles nauwkeurig te verwerken.
  • Je bent stressbestendig.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met de computer en courante MS Office toepassingen.
  • Jouw enthousiasme, motivatie en leergierigheid typeren jou. De rest leren wij jou graag aan!
  • En werken in een team is wat jij leuk vindt.
