De functie inhoud Jouw uitdagingen als Customer Service Officer?

  • Voor klanten ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt, zowel telefonisch als via mail.
  • Wanneer een klant met een vraag of een probleem zit, help jij waar mogelijk vanop afstand.
  • Naast het klantencontact, valt ook de administratieve verwerking hiervan onder jouw takenpakket: aanmaken van nieuwe klantendossiers, offertes opmaken, etc.
  • Daarnaast hou je een oogje in het zeil om bestaande werkprocessen te verbeteren.
  • In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de customer service manager.

Omwille van hun sterke groei is er extra ruimte voor optimalisering en daar kan jij een belangrijke rol in spelen als Customer Service Officer.   • Je genoot van een hogere opleiding in een administratieve richting.
  • Interesse in energie? Dat is een mooie plus!
  • Bij voorkeur heb je reeds een eerste werkervaring op zak binnen customer service.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en administratief zijn woorden die jou het best omschrijven.
  • Naast Nederlands kan je je zeer vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je hebt een luisterend oor een weet steeds orde te scheppen.
