Als Customer Service Officer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun wagen binnenbrengen voor onderhoud of herstellingen. Je luistert naar hun vragen, zoekt naar oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt en correct opgevolgd wordt. Samen met de werkplaats zorg je voor een uitstekende service.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende mails en telefoons
  • Opvolgen van berichten over technische of esthetische problemen, storingen of andere klantenvragen
  • Inplannen van afspraken en opmaken van werkorders
  • Interne communicatie met collega’s van de werkplaats
  • Proactief klanten opbellen voor o.a. bandenwissels
  • Administratieve afhandeling van alle dossiers
