Voor één van onze klanten in de banksector zoeken we enthousiaste collega’s die het verschil willen maken in dagelijkse bankzaken én digitale oplossingen.

Jouw rol:

Als Medewerker Daily & Digital Solutions ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Met jouw empathische en professionele aanpak zorg je elke dag opnieuw voor een uitstekende klantervaring.

• Je beantwoordt klantenvragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat

• Je begeleidt klanten bij digitale toepassingen en dagelijkse bankverrichtingen

• Je communiceert helder, vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht

• Je denkt proactief mee binnen de geldende procedures en vertrouwelijkheid

• Je start met een intensieve klassikale opleiding van 2,5 maanden (tijdens deze periode is geen verlof mogelijk)

Wie ben jij?

• Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands en/of Frans (één van beide is voldoende)

• Je hebt een Bachelor/Master op zak in september

• Je bent klantgericht, empathisch, flexibel en stressbestendig

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt procedures correct op

• Je communiceert vlot en denkt in oplossingen

• Je hebt een commerciële flair

• Je beschikt over een attest van goed gedrag en zeden
