Jobomschrijving

Als Customer Service Officer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten én de verbindende factor tussen sales, productie, logistiek en kwaliteit. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar jouw focus blijft altijd helder: klanten ondersteunen, processen bewaken en kansen zien om slimmer te werken.

Je begeleidt projecten van A tot Z, volgt orders op, houdt klanten perfect op de hoogte en zorgt ervoor dat alles intern op rolletjes loopt. Loopt er iets mis? Dan zoek jij actief naar oplossingen. Je communiceert duidelijk, werkt gestructureerd en maakt écht het verschil in onze klantrelaties.

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma of hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring
  • Je bent klantgericht, denkt in oplossingen en houdt altijd het overzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels (extra talen zijn een pluspunt).
  • Je houdt van structuur, schakelt snel tussen taken en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt goesting om te leren, te verbeteren en mee te groeien met een ambitieus team.
