Je zorgt ervoor dat gestrande vrachtwagens en hun chauffeurs snel weer de baan op kunnen – en dat alles met een glimlach en een flinke portie enthousiasme. Samen met je collega’s vorm je een hecht team waar elke dag anders is en waarin internationale sfeer troef is.

Hoe ziet zo’n dag eruit? Je start je computer op (koffie in de hand, uiteraard!) en beantwoordt oproepen of mails van klanten in nood. Je speurt naar de juiste info, belt eens met een garage, checkt of alles klopt, en houdt iedereen op de hoogte. Loopt er ergens wat mis? Geen paniek, jij houdt het hoofd koel en lost het op als een echte probleemoplosser. Tijdens drukke periodes draai je je hand niet om voor een shift op zaterdag, want teamspirit drijft jou!
