Je nieuwe functie

Als Customer Service Officer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten uit de medische sector. Je begeleidt hen bij vragen rond bestellingen, leveringen en administratieve dossiers en zorgt steeds voor een professionele en klantgerichte service.

Daarnaast volg je de volledige administratieve flow van klantenorders op. Je bewaakt een correcte verwerking van gegevens, onderhoudt contact met interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten steeds tijdig en accuraat geïnformeerd worden.

Verder sta je in voor de opvolging van openstaande facturen. Je neemt contact op met klanten, analyseert eventuele betalingsproblemen en zoekt samen naar een passende oplossing. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak draag je bij aan een gezond financieel beheer en een duurzame klantenrelatie.

Jouw profiel Voor deze job als Customer Service Officer gaat Hays op zoek naar kandidaten die:

  • Vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en Frans. Daarnaast heb je ook een goede kennis Engels.
  • Bij voorkeur beschikken over een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen customer service, orderverwerking of klantendienst.
  • Gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met minimum een bachelor diploma komen eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Communicatief en administratief sterk zijn en dossiers nauwkeurig opvolgen.
  • Klantgericht denken en digitaal sterk.
  • Zich goed kunnen organiseren en prioriteiten weten te stellen.
  • Collegiaal zijn en graag samenwerken met andere afdelingen.
  • Goed kunnen aanpassen aan nieuwe systemen/ situaties
