Vacature: Customer Service Officer

Onze opdrachtgever is een betrouwbare, hoogwaardige en onafhankelijke logistieke partner voor de farmaceutische industrie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Customer Service Officer ben jij, samen met je collega's, het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor de nationale en internationale partners binnen de farmaceutische sector. In deze B2B omgeving, bouw je duurzame klantenrelaties uit en zorg je ervoor dat de klanten kunnen rekenen op een vlotte, kwalitatieve en persoonlijke service.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verwerkt orders, retours en transportaanvragen nauwkeurig en efficiënt, steeds volgens de geldende GDP-richtlijnen (Good Distribution Practice).
  • Je biedt klantgerichte oplossingen en draagt actief bij aan een uitstekende klantenervaring.
  • Je volgt klachten professioneel op en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling.
  • Je beheert de voorraad van jouw klanten en houdt hierbij steeds het overzicht.
  • Je verwerkt facturen en creditnota's correct en tijdig.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van de processen en dienstverlening.
  • Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, collega's en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Customer Service Lead.
  • Je haalt energie uit klantcontact, werkt graag gestructureerd en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat.
  • Je brengt enkele jaren stabiele ervaring mee binnen een customer service functie.
  • Je kan ervaring voorleggen in een B2B omgeving.
  • Klanttevredenheid staat voor jou altijd voorop. Je haalt voldoening uit het helpen van anderen en het vinden van de juiste oplossing.
  • Je combineert een commerciële ingesteldheid met een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige aanpak.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, werkt proactief en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je durft verbeteringen aan te brengen en neemt initiatief wanneer je kansen ziet.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en staat stevig in je schoenen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor-denkniveau.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen is een plus. Ook Microsoft Office en in het bijzonder Word en Excel, kent voor jou weinig geheimen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je zeer goed uit de slag trekken in het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
