Ben jij klantgericht, administratief sterk en hou je ervan om te schakelen tussen klanten en planning? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Klantenadviseur Bestellingen & Leveringen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die een mazoutbestelling plaatsen. Je begeleidt hen van bestelling tot levering en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en correct wordt opgevolgd.

Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen, stemt af met de dispatchafdeling over de planning van de leveringen en houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de verwachte leveringsdatum. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen zorg je voor een uitstekende klantenervaring.

Je werkt vanuit kantoor en staat in nauw contact met de dispatchers. In piekperiodes is snel schakelen cruciaal om ervoor te zorgen dat leveringen tijdig kunnen plaatsvinden.

  • Telefonisch en per mail klanten te woord staan.
  • Inkomende mazoutbestellingen verwerken in het systeem.
  • Leveringen afstemmen met de dispatchafdeling.
  • Klanten informeren over de geplande leveringsdatum.
  • Dringende aanvragen en wijzigingen opvolgen.
  • Administratieve verwerking van bestellingen en klantengegevens.
  • Actief meedenken over een vlotte en efficiënte dienstverlening.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van dispatch, planning en administratie.
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijk door ervaring
  • Eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands & het Frans
  • PC-vaardig (MS Office)
  • Administratief en communicatief sterk
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig
