Voor een stabiel en professioneel productiebedrijf in Olen zoeken wij een Customer Service Medewerker.

Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, communicatief sterk en vlot in Frans? Heb je ervaring met klantcontact en ERP-systemen? Dan is dit een mooie kans om jouw talenten verder te ontwikkelen in een dynamische omgeving!

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk klantcontact (Frans en Nederlands)
  • Opvolging van bestellingen en offertes via ERP-systemen
  • Ondersteuning van het commerciële team
  • Facturatie en administratieve verwerking van orders
  • Klantgerichte oplossingen bieden bij vragen of problemen

PROFIEL Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Ervaring in customer service of commerciële ondersteuning
  • Zeer goede beheersing van Frans en Nederlands
  • Commercieel en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken
  • Teamplayer met een klantgerichte mindset
