Notre client est une entreprise active dans le secteur de la distribution de produits et services destinés notamment aux professionnels de la restauration, des collectivités, des soins et de l’hospitalité.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe Customer Service, nous recherchons un(e) Customer Service Operator pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique et contribuer chaque jour à la satisfaction des clients.

Votre mission

Au sein d’une équipe Customer Service soudée et collaborative, vous êtes le lien privilégié entre les clients et les différents services internes.

Votre objectif : assurer un traitement efficace des commandes et accompagner les clients dans la recherche de solutions, de la prise de commande jusqu’à la livraison.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Réceptionner et encoder les commandes par téléphone et par e-mail ;
  • Proposer et confirmer les délais de livraison aux clients ;
  • Contacter les clients en cas de modification ou d’écart concernant leurs commandes ;
  • Transmettre les demandes de livraisons urgentes au service transport ;
  • Informer les clients en cas de retard et proposer des solutions alternatives ;
  • Répondre aux questions relatives aux produits, aux prix et aux délais ;
  • Assurer la coordination avec les entrepôts, les achats, la qualité et les autres services internes ;
  • Veiller à la qualité et à la précision du suivi administratif des commandes.

Vous êtes véritablement la personne-clé entre les clients et les équipes internes.

Vous aimez que les choses soient bien faites, vous avez le sens du service et vous savez rester efficace même lorsque plusieurs demandes arrivent simultanément.

Pour vous, un excellent service client repose avant tout sur l’écoute, l’organisation, la réactivité et l’envie de trouver des solutions.

Vous appréciez les équipes qui avancent ensemble et les environnements professionnels où l’on peut être sérieux dans son travail sans se prendre trop au sérieux.

Le profil recherché

Vous êtes peut-être la personne que nous recherchons si :

  • Vous êtes orienté(e) client, assertif(ve) et disposez d’un bon sens commercial ;
  • Vous appréciez le contact avec les clients et savez instaurer une relation de confiance ;
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et à l’aise avec le suivi administratif et le traitement de données ;
  • Vous maîtrisez aisément la suite Microsoft Office 365 ;
  • Vous parlez couramment français, avec une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de l’anglais ;
  • Vous savez garder votre calme lorsque les priorités s’accélèrent ;
  • Vous êtes proactif(ve) et prenez naturellement des initiatives ;
  • Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement structuré tout en étant force de proposition pour améliorer les processus.
