Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en efficiënt geholpen worden, met de focus op kwaliteit. Beschrijving - Jij verwerkt adreswijzigingen en ondersteunt klanten bij het inloggen op hun online account; - Jij handelt gemiddeld 12 verzoeken per uur af, gericht op rechttoe-rechtaan ondersteuning; - Jij beantwoordt vragen over betalingen, zoals het bekijken van betalingskwesties, het afhandelen van terugbetalingen en het opvolgen van herinneringen; - Jij voert telefonische gesprekken met klanten en biedt hen de benodigde service. Je profiel - Beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Franse taal, aangezien alle telefoonlijnen samenkomen en niet verdeeld kunnen worden; - Beschikt over een positieve instelling en een constructieve attitude; - Heeft het vermogen om gefocust te blijven en kritisch te denken in uitdagende situaties.
