Functie omschrijving

  • Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking en opvolging van onderhoudscontracten en houdt alle gegevens correct en up-to-date.
  • Je volgt de planning van de onderhoudscontracten nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines en afspraken tijdig worden nageleefd.
  • Je bewaakt contractuele afspraken en onderneemt proactief actie wanneer verdere opvolging nodig is.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten voor vragen rond hun onderhoudscontract.
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke en professionele communicatie en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de verdere planning en uitvoering.
  • Je stemt intern af met de betrokken collega's zodat geplande werkzaamheden vlot kunnen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en signaleert tijdig wanneer planningen, afspraken of dossiers extra aandacht nodig hebben.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een administratieve functie en hebt affiniteit met planning.
  • Je werkt planmatig en gestructureerd en weet ook bij verschillende lopende dossiers het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je bent proactief en wacht niet af wanneer je merkt dat iets opgevolgd of bijgestuurd moet worden.
  • Je denkt analytisch en zoekt graag naar oplossingen wanneer zich een probleem voordoet.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar vindt een goede samenwerking met collega's minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert op een professionele en duidelijke manier.
