Wij zoeken een Customer Service Representative die verantwoordelijk is voor het leveren van uitstekende service aan klanten, dealers en leveranciers. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je een cruciale schakel in het orderproces en zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel worden geholpen. De functie is geschikt voor kandidaten met diverse achtergronden, zoals ervaring in customer service, klantcontact, of een commerciële achtergrond in sales of binnendienst. Het is belangrijk dat je klantgericht bent, gemakkelijk communiceert en nauwkeurig en procesmatig kunt werken. Je vindt het prettig om klantvragen op te pakken en ervoor te zorgen dat de administratieve verwerking in de systemen goed en tijdig wordt uitgevoerd. Als Customer Service Representative houd jij je bezig met het beantwoorden van klantvragen via e-mail, telefoon en CRM-systemen (bij voorkeur Salesforce), het verwerken en begeleiden van orders van invoer tot orderbevestiging en verzending, en het verstrekken van correcte en tijdige informatie aan klanten, dealers en leveranciers. Daarnaast schakel je met interne afdelingen en internationale leveranciers om een soepel orderproces te waarborgen, stel je vrachtfacturen en creditnota's op voor verdere verwerking, signaleer en los je knelpunten binnen het order- en leveringsproces op, controleer je verzendafwijkingen en verzorg je de juiste documentatie, en verwerk en houd je klant- en orderinformatie zorgvuldig bij in de systemen. Ook denk je mee over procesverbeteringen en digitalisering van de dienstverlening en bouw je goede relaties op met klante...
