The posting

Voor een logistieke onderneming is het team van Konvert HR op zoek naar een Customer Service Representative. In deze functie ga je aan de slag op het hoofdkantoor in het centrum van Antwerpen OF op de site in Verrebroek op Linkeroever en zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het volledige dossierbeheer. Naast het beheren van deze dossiers sta je ook in voor de juiste communicatie naar andere afdelingen toe. Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten, rederijen en betrokken afdelingen.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je neemt klantenorders aan en verwerkt deze volgens de procedure.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte input van de gegevens in het ERP pakket.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algemene administratie en opvolging van de dossiers.
  • Je volgt deze dossiers van a tot z op voorziet in een effectieve en efficiënte service naar de klant.
  • Je communiceert met interne en externe betrokken partijen.
  • Je stuurt de logistieke afdeling (operations) aan.
  • Je boekt transporten bij de afgesproken rederij of transporteur en volgt deze op.
  • Je behandelt de nodige documenten en certificaten (commerciële, handel en / of douane).
  • Je bereidt de facturatie voor.
  • Je voert controles uit en maakt rapporteringen op.

Wij zoeken een flexibele teamplayer die communicatief en klantgericht is. Een medewerker die beschikt over een probleemoplossend vermogen, stressbestendig is en nauwgezet kan werken. Iemand die leergierig is en initiatief neemt om zo te komen tot een uitstekend eindresultaat.

Je beschikt ook over:

  • Een eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Een goede kennis van het Microsoft Office pakket.
  • Extra motivatie om verder te groeien in de logistieke sector.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zeer goed. Ook heb je een goede kennis Engels. (Kennis Duits en Frans een pluspunt).
