Over de functie

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en servicegerichte Commercial Customer Service Representative om ons team te versterken. In deze rol fungeer je als de schakel tussen onze klanten, technische experts en de salesorganisatie. Je zorgt voor een vlotte commerciële en administratieve afhandeling van orders en offertes, voert correcte prijscontroles uit en communiceert proactief met klanten. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak en commercieel inzicht draag je bij aan de haalbaarheid, correcte levertijden en een succesvolle klantbeleving van begin tot eind.

Uw profiel

  • Je werkt minimaal op bachelorniveau of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring dankzij bewezen administratieve en commerciële expertise. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans Je hebt 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring in B2B Customer Service of Sales Administration, bij voorkeur met technisch-commerciële dossiers (zonder dat je ingenieur hoeft te zijn). Je hebt een sterke kennis van het Order-to-Cash-proces met een commerciële focus en bent vertrouwd met het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, orders, creditnota’s en prijscontroles. Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals Dynamics AX / D365 FO, inclusief orderverwerking, offertes, prijs- en kortingsstructuren en creditnota-processen. Je hebt een basis technisch inzicht in bouw- of industriële producten en kan indien nodig alternatieven voorstellen. Je begrijpt productieprocessen en levertermijnen en kan deze duidelijk communiceren naar klanten. Je hebt ervaring met tools voor klachtenregistratie en -opvolging zoals Airtable Je bent vertrouwd met interne prijsprocessen en werkt graag samen met een Pricing Manager om de commerciële correctheid te garanderen. Je hebt frequent klantencontact (telefonisch en via e-mail) en communiceert duidelijk, professioneel en klantgericht. Je werkt vlot samen met interne stakeholders zoals Finance, Logistiek, Productie en Aankoop en begrijpt hoe deze diensten samenwerken.
