We worden erkend als wereldleider op het gebied van klantgerichtheid, onderzoek en technologie. Bovendien zijn we een innovatief bedrijf dat zich inzet voor verduurzaming. Als Customer Service Representative val je onder de afdeling Supply Chain. Je bent samen met drie collega's verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van de voornamelijk internationale orders en bewaken van de administratieve afhandeling hiervan. Je hebt dagelijkse afstemming met ons extern magazijn en boekt de orders bij onze vervoerders. Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van de juiste exportdocumenten. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor eventuele vragen van de klanten, sales managers, agenten, magazijn en transporteurs. Eventuele klachten worden door jou opgevolgd. Tevens verleen je ondersteuning bij credit control en verleen je administratieve ondersteuning aan de sales organisatie.
