The posting

Voor een logistiek havenbedrijf met verschillende vestiging/magazijnen in de haven, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Customer Service Representative.

  • Je neemt klantenorders aan en verwerkt deze nauwkeurig
  • Je verzorgt een correcte invoer van gegevens (in een ERP systeem)
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je onderhoudt communicatie met zowel interne als externe betrokken partijen.
  • Je stuurt de logistieke afdeling (operations) aan en coördineert de werkzaamheden.
  • Je boekt transporten bij de afgesproken rederij of transporteur en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je verwerkt de nodige documenten en certificaten (commercieel, handels- en/of douanedocumentatie).
  • Je bereidt de facturatie voor en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.Je voert controles uit en maakt heldere rapportages op voor het management.
  • Gedegen en bewezen ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Basiskennis MS Office en hebt goede kennis MS Excel.
  • Motivatie om verder te groeien in de logistiek.
  • Goede kennis Engels, daarnaast is kennis Duits en Frans een pluspunt.
  • Je kan bij voorkeur ook een blanco strafblad voorleggen (bij je sollicitatie zeer belangrijk, dit omwille het een havenbedrijf is.
  • Je hebt bewezen ervaring met douanedocumenten.
