Sterk in klantencontact én goed in het bewaken van orders, deadlines en afspraken? Als Customer Service Representative ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en volg je bestellingen van order tot levering op. Je schakelt dagelijks met planning, logistiek, productie, sales, kwaliteit en finance.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt voltijds op locatie bij een internationale productieonderneming in Gent. Je krijgt een eigen klantenportefeuille en neemt behoorlijk wat verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige orderflow.

• Je beheert klantenorders van bestelling tot levering in het CRM en ERP systeem

• Je volgt levertermijnen op en houdt klanten en sales op de hoogte wanneer er vertragingen ontstaan

• Je zoekt samen met interne afdelingen naar alternatieven wanneer een levering niet volgens plan verloopt

• Je verwerkt vragen van klanten en zorgt dat relevante informatie intern terechtkomt

• Je deelt forecasts en andere belangrijke klantinformatie met planning, productie en logistiek

• Je volgt voorraadniveaus van afgewerkte producten en oudere voorraad mee op

• Je registreert klachten en zorgt voor een snelle eerste terugkoppeling naar de klant

• Je organiseert indien nodig retourzendingen en dringende leveringen

• Je volgt betwiste facturen mee op met finance en credit collection

• Je vraagt waar nodig creditnota's en debetnota's aan

• Je bouwt kennis op over contracten, serviceafspraken en specifieke verwachtingen per klant

• Je bereidt periodieke klantenreviews voor en neemt hierin een actieve rol

• Je zoekt voortdurend naar manieren om de klantenservice en interne samenwerking efficiënter te maken

Je bent dus geen doorgeefluik tussen klant en productie. Er wordt verwacht dat je zelf overzicht houdt, vooruitdenkt en problemen mee helpt oplossen.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt ervaring in customer service, orderbeheer of een vergelijkbare functie

• Ervaring binnen productie of verpakkingen is een plus

• Je kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in Nederlands en Engels

• Je organiseert je werk zelfstandig en houdt verschillende dossiers tegelijk onder controle

• Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten en collega's

• Je blijft oplossingsgericht wanneer leveringen, voorraad of administratie niet volgens plan lopen

• Ervaring met SAP, andere ERP systemen of Salesforce is een plus

• Een goede kennis van Excel is mooi meegenomen

• Je bouwt gemakkelijk professionele relaties op en neemt zelf initiatief
