Functieomschrijving Als Customer Service & Sales Support Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, buitendienst en interne organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen, offertes, orders, leveringen en facturatie correct en tijdig worden opgevolgd. Je takenpakket omvat onder andere: - fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail - verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders, van aanvraag tot levering - verwerken, beheren en proactief opvolgen van offertes en commerciële aanvragen - bewaken van levertijden en klanten informeren over de voortgang - opstellen, verwerken en versturen van verkoopfacturen en creditnota's - afhandelen van retouren, klachten en garantieaanvragen - kwalificeren, opvolgen en registreren van leads in het CRM-systeem - ondersteunen van de buitendienst bij commerciële en administratieve werkzaamheden - beheren en actualiseren van klant- en commerciële gegevens - verzorgen van een correcte administratieve verwerking in het ERP-/CRM-systeem Jouw profiel - Je hebt mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een administratieve, commerciële of bedrijfseconomische richting - Je hebt ervaring met administratieve als commerciële processen - Je ...
