De ene dag help je een B&B-eigenaar met zijn advertentie, de volgende dag bedenk je creatieve content voor Instagram. Tussendoor verzamel je klantfeedback en test je nieuwe functies op de website. Als Customer Service & Social Media Specialist combineer je klantcontact met online zichtbaarheid. En omdat we in een klein team werken, krijg je veel ruimte voor eigen ideeën en initiatieven. Dit ga je doen Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze B&B-eigenaren en websitebezoekers ben jij het visitekaartje van Bedandbreakfast.nl en Bedandbreakfast.eu. Je helpt hen het maximale uit onze platforms te halen. Je werkzaamheden zijn veelzijdig en afwisselend: Customer Service Je beantwoordt vragen van B&B-eigenaren en gasten via telefoon, e-mail en social media. Eigenaren adviseer je over de beste presentatie van hun accommodatie, je denkt mee bij uitdagingen en helpt gasten bij het vinden van hun ideale verblijf. Social Media Samen met het social media team bouw je aan de contentplanning, onderwerpen en formats voor onze accounts. Er is veel ruimte voor je eigen ideeën en creativiteit. Zie je een leuke trend of heb je een idee voor een nieuw format? Laat het vooral zien! Samen met het team kijk je hoe we het kunnen vertalen naar content die bij onze websites past. Meewerken aan websiteverbeteringen We blijven onze platforms continu optimaliseren. Je test nieuwe functionaliteiten en updates. Daarnaast verzamel en analyseer je feedback van gebruikers, waardoor we de ervaring op de websites kunnen blijven verbeteren. Werken in een internationale omgeving Je schakelt dagelijks met eigenaren en gasten uit binnen- en buitenland.
