Daarom zoeken we een Customer Service Specialist die energie krijgt van klantcontact, snel schakelt tussen klant, collega en leverancier en iedere vraag met flair en daadkracht oppakt. Iemand die niet blijft hangen in "kan niet", maar denkt: wat kan er wél? Afspraak is afspraak. Jij bewaakt wat we beloven, komt proactief in actie en zorgt dat klanten, collega's en leveranciers weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Service Specialist zorg jij dat iedere klant zich gehoord, geholpen en blij verrast voelt. Via telefoon, mail, chat of WhatsApp: jij pakt het contact vlot op, brengt rust in de situatie en regelt de oplossing. Je schakelt razendsnel tussen klanten, collega's en leveranciers. De ene minuut help je een klant met een vraag over een bestelling, de volgende stem je iets af met een leverancier of haak je een collega aan voor de beste oplossing. Jij houdt overzicht, communiceert helder en zorgt dat afspraken kloppen. Je wacht niet tot iets vastloopt. Je ziet wat nodig is, zet de volgende stap en houdt betrokkenen actief op de hoogte. Loopt een deadline strak? Dan trek jij op tijd aan de bel. Mist er informatie? Dan regel jij die. Zie je een kans om een klant sneller of beter te helpen? Dan pak je die. Daarnaast handel je vragen, klachten en informatieverzoeken met flair af. Je verwerkt orders nauwkeurig, bewaakt deadlines en ziet commerciële kansen wanneer ze voorbijkomen. Ook denk je actief mee over slimmere processen, betere werkbeschrijvingen en handige verbeteringen in onze service. Tools? Daar word jij blij van.
