Je analyseert wat er speelt, filtert de juiste informatie en werkt toe naar een passende oplossing. Met jouw professionele en servicegerichte aanpak zorg je voor duidelijkheid, vertrouwen en een sterke verbinding tussen de klant en de organisatie. ⭐ Je verantwoordelijkheden - Klanten professioneel ondersteunen via telefoon, e-mail en chat; - Klantvragen zorgvuldig analyseren en oplossen, en complexe vraagstukken gericht doorzetten naar de juiste collega's; - Klantcontact correct en nauwkeurig registreren; - De organisatie op een professionele manier vertegenwoordigen; - Met jouw aanpak bijdragen aan een hoge klanttevredenheid. Je start met een uitgebreid inwerktraject. De eerste drie weken luister je mee en volg je gesprekstrainingen. Daarna voer je onder begeleiding steeds meer gesprekken zelfstandig. Tijdens je werk bouw je brede kennis op over de verschillende vormen van dienstverlening binnen het bedrijf. Daardoor ontwikkel je je stap voor stap tot een inhoudelijk sterke gesprekspartner die klanten professioneel en zorgvuldig verder helpt. Het aanbod (op basis van 40 uur) - Een salaris tussen € 2.900 en € 3.200 bruto per maand; - 28 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Iedere werkdag gratis lunch op kantoor; - Een uitstekende pensioenregeling; - De mogelijkheid om hybride te werken; - €30 netto thuiswerkvergoeding per maand; - Volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling, trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
